The Dairy Council is a non-profit organisation which provides science-based information on the role of dairy foods as part of a healthy, balanced and sustainable diet.
We provide evidenced based information to health professionals, the media, industry and consumers.
Our materials for health professionals and consumers can be downloaded from the publications section of this website. These range from booklets giving dietary advice during pregnancy, weaning and childhood to documents on the nutritional composition of dairy foods, the importance of calcium in the diet, and information on common misconceptions surrounding dairy consumption.
Dairy Council conferences, events, tailored seminars and presentations are delivered by registered nutritionists and dietitians.
