I can't log on - each time I try, the site tells me to log on again
Your web browser is probably blocking cookies. These are small text files that your computer uses to help us keep track of who you are as you look at different pages on the website. You need to allow cookies for this website if you want to log on.
If you're using Windows, follow these instructions to allow cookies for this site:
- Internet Explorer: in the menu, click on Tools and then Internet Options. A pop-up window will appear. Click on the Privacy tab and then click the Sites button. A second pop-up window will appear. Type milk.co.uk in the box that says "Address of website" and then click the Allow button. Click OK to close that pop-up and then OK again to close the Internet Options pop-up.
- Firefox: in the menu, click on Tools and then Options.... A pop-up window will appear. Click on Privacy at the top. In the section titled "Cookies", click on the Exceptions... button. A second pop-up window will appear. Type milk.co.uk in the box that says "Address of web site" and then click the Allow button. Click Close to close that pop-up and then OK again to close the Options pop-up.
- Opera: in the menu, click on Tools and then Preferences.... A pop-up window will appear. Click on the Advanced tab. In the left-hand list, click on Cookies. Click on the Manage cookies... button. A second pop-up window will appear. Click on the Add... button. A third pop-up window will appear. Type milk.co.uk in the box that says "Site". Then click on the Cookies tab and click the option for Accept cookies. Click OK to close that pop-up, then Close to close the next pop-up and finally OK to close the last pop-up.
If you're using a Mac, follow these instructions to allow cookies for this site:
- Safari: in the menu, click on Safari and then Preferences.... A pop-up window will appear. Click on Security at the top. In the "Accept Cookies" section, click on the option for Only from sites you navigate to. Close the pop-up window.
- Firefox: in the menu, click on Firefox and then Preferences.... A pop-up window will appear. Click on Privacy at the top. In the section titled "Cookies", click on the Exceptions... button. A second pop-up window will appear. Type milk.co.uk in the box that says "Address of web site" and then click the Allow button. Close both pop-up windows.
- Opera: in the menu, click on Opera and then Preferences.... A pop-up window will appear. Click on the Advanced tab. In the left-hand list, click on Cookies. Click on the Manage cookies... button.
