We’ve fantastic cheeses from all through the land:

The Scots, Welsh and English have all tried their hand.
With Leicester and Stilton, we've red, white and blue,
There's Gloucester and Cheshire and Lancashire too.
The Cornish have Yarg, and Dorset Blue Vinney,
The Welsh can boast Harlech and crumbly Caerphilly,
From Scotland there's Caboc and Dunsyre and Crowdie.
Then come the cheeses with names that sound rowdy:
Black Bomber, Green Thunder, Red Devil, Win Green,
There's even a Bishop who's in on the scene.
They tell me it's Stinking (but ripe's more polite),
With cheeses like these our future's quite bright.
We've Cheddar's all over from mild to quite smelly,
Out west they've a Farmhouse that stars on the telly.
We've got hard cheese and soft cheese, organic, half fat,
Who says British cheese is not where it’s at!
